Today is the last day to submit your abstract for an oral, poster, or creative presentation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Submitting an abstract is easy. Just <a href=\"https:\/\/aut.au1.qualtrics.com\/jfe\/form\/SV_9G2d9iZ2Nec63BA\">fill in the form here<\/a>, including your 300-word abstract describing what you will present at the Symposium. (Not sure what to include in an abstract? Check out our <a href=\"https:\/\/thesislink.aut.ac.nz\/?p=6446\">cheat sheet here<\/a>.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Symposium presenters can include their presentation in their academic CV, and will also be up for some prizes as well. Plus you&#8217;ll get to see everyone else&#8217;s presentations and have a great big researchers&#8217; day out!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is excellent practice if you plan to present at conferences in the future; we&#8217;ll even walk you through the process of revising your abstract for publication and preparing a presentation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So get those abstracts in, and email pgresearcherdevelopment@aut.ac.nz if you have any questions!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you&rsquo;ve been thinking of presenting at this year&rsquo;s Postgraduate Research Symposium, please move quickly!
