This annual celebration of discovery, innovation, and impact is one of the most anticipated events in our academic calendar &#8211; and this year, it promises to focus on what makes our university unique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AUT has always had a point of difference in New Zealand&#8217;s higher education landscape. As the nation&#8217;s only university of technology, we are driven not only to generate knowledge, but to put that knowledge to work. This year&#8217;s Research Week theme, <strong>&#8220;Applying Research and Technology for Good,&#8221;<\/strong> captures exactly that spirit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While the full programme will be announced soon, you can look forward to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aut.ac.nz\/research\/postgraduate-student-support\/events\/research-symposium\">Postgraduate Research Symposium<\/a><\/strong> celebrating our talented research student community<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.aut.ac.nz\/research\/postgraduate-student-support\/events\/3mt-competition\">3 Minute Thesis<\/a> <\/strong>competition finals showcasing exceptional doctoral research communicators<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Presentations<\/strong> from leading researchers and innovators<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Showcases and exhibitions<\/strong> highlighting cutting-edge AUT research projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Networking opportunities<\/strong> to connect with researchers and industry partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We look forward to seeing you there.
