Those who attended were met with good weather, good food and good company, and were treated to an engaging presentation by Jane Morgan.<\/p>\n<p>Jane&#8217;s presentation was of the research design and findings from an explorative descriptive study, utilising a hermeneutic phenomenological methodology to study the temporal developmental process of health science graduates&#8217; first year of professional practice in contemporary health care contexts.\u00a0Specifically, the research focused on 18 graduates from six health professions, who developed their practice in working contexts that intersect professional boundaries. Findings of the research identified\u00a0graduates&#8217; strengthened identity in their distinct\u00a0professions\u00a0resulted from working at and beyond the\u00a0interface\u00a0of professional knowledge and\u00a0practice\u00a0boundaries, along with expanding orientations to health and extended\u00a0knowledge\u00a0through working collaboratively among professions.
