{"id":8706,"date":"2021-04-09T13:45:57","date_gmt":"2021-04-09T01:45:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thesislink.aut.ac.nz\/?p=8706"},"modified":"2021-04-09T13:49:06","modified_gmt":"2021-04-09T01:49:06","slug":"join-our-group-writing-session","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thesislink.aut.ac.nz\/?p=8706","title":{"rendered":"Join our Group Writing Session"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Got a ton of writing to do?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the regular Monday morning <a href=\"https:\/\/student.aut.ac.nz\/postgraduate-research\/postgraduate-student-community-and-events\/shut-up-and-write!-group\">Shut Up and Write! sessions<\/a>, we&#8217;re holding a special one-off writing session this <strong>Thursday 15 April at 3 &#8211; 4:30pm in WU524<\/strong>. This will be part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/thesislink.aut.ac.nz\/?p=8518\">23 Things programme<\/a>, and participants from around the world will Zoom in for the event.* However, anyone within or outside of the 23 Things programme is welcome to join. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bring your device or some paper &amp; pens, and prepare for a guided series of 3 x 25-minute intensive writing bursts (with brief breaks for chats in between). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Can you be more productive when there are other postgrads writing all around you? Will the sound of others&#8217; clacking keyboards inspire your own deluge of sentences and paragraphs?
