Research Skills Week Workshops, Sep 9th – 12th, 2013

Author: AUT University Library

The Library runs a series of workshops each semester in Research Skills Week. Designed for staff and postgraduate students, the workshops aid teaching and research by giving you the opportunity to improve your research and information management skills.

This semester’s timetable includes an extra talk on depositing your thesis in Scholarly Commons as part of the “Uncovering Research” class, which explores open access research and scholarly publishing. Rudy bin Mahli, Research Repository Administrator and Jean Walker, Online Services Co-ordinator, will be there with tips on what to do once you’re ready to submit your final bound thesis prior to graduating.

Workshops are held in the mornings at the North Shore Campus, and in the afternoons at City Campus. Booking is essential.
