  1. Looking across the pond, to Europe, one of the most used and most praised systems is Citavi. In Germany, universities support their students by providing the Citavi license for free. I have also used Citavi for my PhD and can only highly recommend it. I find it much user-friendly and effective for extracting, saving, and organising quotes. I think it would be very good for AUT to also offer Citavi for their students, and encourage students to actively choose between Citavi and Endnote, rather than promoting the use of Endnote.
