Author: Prathibha Sural

As part of my Master of Public Health, I am currently working on a research project ‘An Investigation Into Parents’ Awareness Of Effects of Commercial Fruit Beverages On Their Children’s Teeth’, which is been approved by AUT Ethics Committee on 30 January 2015 (Reference number: 14/388).

This study assesses parents’ knowledge of effects of commercial fruit beverages on their children’s teeth through an anonymous on-line survey. Around 500 parents/guardians of children aged between 1-10 years in Auckland will be invited to participate in the survey.

In this regard, I invite all eligible parents/guardians to take part in this survey. To read the participant information sheet and to complete the survey please click here: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Fruit_Juice

Also, I request you to forward this invitation to other eligible participants in your close circle. Your support would be much appreciated.

Any questions about the study, please email to: zsq0638@autuni.ac.nz
