Want to be the AUTSA Postgrad Officer?

The AUT Students Association (AUTSA for short) is looking for a Postgraduate Officer for its Student Representative Council (SRC).

The SRC is a great group of student reps who act as the ‘voice’ for all students at AUT. The PG Officer’s role involves advocating for AUT postgrad students, contributing to AUTSA activities and events, and representing the needs of postgrad students to the wider university. If you’re passionate about the rights and welfare of PG students, this is your chance to make a difference!

There are also some sweet perks in the deal. This is a volunteer role, but it can be paid for up to 5 hours a week by honorarium. The PG Officer also has the opportunity to travel to conferences within New Zealand related to their portfolio.

If you’re interested in becoming AUTSA’s next Postgraduate Officer, check out the job description below. You can contact the AUTSA Vice President Kurt Schmidt (kurt.schmidt@aut.ac.nz) for more information or to apply.
