Writing the Thesis

Author: Dr Jennie Billot

So you are ‘writing up’ the thesis… and it might appear to be a huge task. While each chapter may seem to be complete, the gaps and inconsistencies of the thesis show up when they chapters are put together into one full draft. Sometimes we can alleviate these gaps by following certain guidelines, such as making sure each chapter links clearly to the next one. Pat Thomson writes a great blog, check out her ideas on this issue at http://patthomson.wordpress.com/2014/01/16/connecting-chapterschapter-introductions/.
