It’s been two years of the COVID-19 pandemic. Two years of on-and-off lockdowns, working from home, and Zoom learning. Two years of some things happening on campus, other things not. But finally, as we move past Auckland’s COVID outbreak, we can return to campus en masse!
AUT will have a ‘Return to Campus’ festival next week (2-6 May). There will be lots of events happening across all AUT campuses to welcome everyone back. And for postgrads? A Mix & Mingle to welcome you back to our (IRL) postgrad community.
There will be good things to eat and drink, and conversations to be had, and a life as social researchers to be lived once more. We will also be welcomed back by Professor Kath McPherson, Deputy Vice Chancellor Research, and Professor Mark Orams, Dean of the Graduate Research School.
As per AUT’s campus access guidelines in the Orange light setting, masks will be strongly encouraged, but not mandatory. Vaccine passes are not required for access to campus in Orange.
So please do join us as we celebrate being back together again!
